Prospective participants who wish to make either poster or oral presentations are requested to submit online or through post an abstract of the presentation before the deadline.
The technical programme committee for the conference is making all efforts to put together a very exciting detailed programme which shall be released as third and final announcement. The tentative technical programme presented below will give the participants an overview of the conference sessions.

Dairy & Food Expo
The event will showcase the equipments and machinery, analytical instruments, ingredients and traditional Indian milk delicacies from leading manufacturers. It will provide a forum for one-to-one dialogue between the manufactures & the clientele. As sizeable participants are expected from neighbouring countries, the manufactures will have opportunity to create new markets.
Poster Presentations
The poster session will provide excellent opportunity for presentation of R&D findings and a lively audience for scientific dialogue. There will be best poster presentation awards carrying cash prizes and certificates of merit.
Paper Presentations by Young Researchers
Technical sessions exclusively for young researchers are planned separately. The expert committee will screen abstracts of such researchers and invite them to make oral presentation in 12-15 min. The best speakers will receive cash prizes and commemoration medals.
A. Special Career Oriented Events for Students
Expert counseling session for global opportunities in higher education in Dairy Technology/Food Science would be arranged where students would be addressed by leading experts and agencies.
Industry captains would meet the students as prospective employers and give valuable tips for career planning
B. Alumni Get-together
Co-sponsored by the NDRI Alumni Association, the event will provide a forum for interaction among the Alumni.
